At Aodour PK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion and beauty purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and has all tags attached to qualify for a successful return process.

  Ship the Item

  Once your request is approved, pack the item securely and ship it back to our designated warehouse address provided by our team.

  Refund or Exchange

  After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
